Introduction

It started with me (Rimbo). I'm a UX designer, so my job is obsessing over how a system should feel to use, so the experience comes out effortless.

At some point I turned that same eye on my own digital world and started refining it: not just the parts, but how they connect. How everthing gets organized and how I effortlessly navigate trough it.

I've been carefully refining how I work for as long as I can remember, and most of it had become invisible to me.

That really clicked when I saw Thomas work. He's a good friend, I work closely with him, he handles marketing, I build. But observing how he worked was literally painful: the searching, the clicking, the chaos.

Once I showed Thomas what his setup could be, we realised nobody gives you guidance in how you arrange your digital life, even though it shapes everything about how we work.

The Mission

7+ hours a day. That's the average time we spend looking at a screen. It's a space we genuinely live in, but we never designed it. We inherited a default and added to it one app at a time.

And the parts that were designed weren't designed for us. Every badge, every notification, placed there by someone paid to take our attention.

Digital Feng Shui is the alternative. What to strip out, what to replace, and how the pieces fit together, so your attention naturally flows to what matters most.

What we're really after is a shift in how people see this. From something that happens to you, to something you design. We help you become a Flow Architect: someone who arranges the digital parts of their life on purpose, so focus becomes natural, flow accessible, and their best work inevitable.

Discovery & Style Exploration

Let's start with the name. Digital Feng Shui. Traditional Feng Shui is about how to arrange physical spaces so energy can naturally flow through them.

So Digital Feng Shui is about designing your digital space, so attention naturally flows to the things that matter most to you. That's the core of what it's all about.

We believe your surrounding environment shapes you. Your digital one is no different.

So for inspiration I gravitated to spaces that create the ultimate calm and peace. I started looking at a lot of zen gardens. Those quiet spaces that get so much care, and are so refined, that being in one automatically puts you in a state of serenity, or even bliss.

That's the energy we wanted to embody.

The harder question was how to look digital without looking like everyone else who looks digital. We didn't want the sharp hyper-modern tech thing. We wanted space, and a nod to something older.

Pixel art answered it. A pixel is the smallest unit of a screen, so nothing says digital more directly, and it carries a warmth the polished tech look doesn't. That became the thread running through everything, right down to the typography.

Gridded, lined out, square. Sharp structure, but full of motion and flow. That was the direction we'd spend the rest of the project chasing.

Establishing a Visual Identity

In the logomark a lot of things came together. We wanted something that represented digital wellness, so I had a lotus in my head. At the same time I gravitated a lot toward pixel-shaped marks. Those concepts together formed an eight-point star.

It came out looking a bit like a ninja star, which I loved. Because when I'm hotkeying everything and moving through my setup at full speed, I genuinely feel like a digital ninja. And that's how I want people doing the course to feel too.

The symmetry was a nice find on top of that. Rotate the mark 45 degrees and it's the same mark, so on the site it shifts every so often while staying exactly the same. Like a little wink when you notice it. Small thing, but bringing motion into the brand is what invites the feeling of flow into it.

The palette is broken white and beige, with a dark grey doing the work black would normally do. Pure black on pure white is hard on the eyes, and for a brand about calm that felt like the wrong first impression. Everything got pulled a few steps toward the middle. Softer to look at, easier to sit with.

Blue is the only saturated colour in the system, so it carries every moment that needs to cut through. Three tones, each with a job: the main brand blue, a brighter one for energy, and a pale wash for highlights.

UX Design & Content Strategy

This page has one job: convince someone who has never heard of Digital Feng Shui and has no reason to trust it yet. So the structure had to carry the argument.

It opens with the promise, from chaos to clarity in one afternoon, then spends its first stretch on recognition. The frustration described in the reader's own words, so the page earns the right to explain.
Only then does the insight arrive: everyone hands you a tool, but a tool fixes one piece, and nobody shows you how the whole thing fits together. And after that, what changes once it does.

Then the page splits. Everyone gets the short version, and anyone still weighing it up can go deeper into a module-by-module walkthrough. Testimonials sit throughout rather than in one block, woven into the flow of the content.

Motion carries a lot of this. The energy we'd landed on in the branding had to be felt, not described, so almost nothing on the page is static. A confused dinosaur buried in files. Scattered pieces drifting into place. Chaos resolving into order, over and over, in small ways. Enough of the argument lands from the animation alone that someone skimming still gets it.

Webflow Development

As always I built the site using the Client-First framework. A clean, scalable approach that makes everything easier to manage, whether you're updating global styles or handing the project off to another developer down the line.

For this one, I went all-in on custom animations using GSAP and some carefully crafted CSS. Every animation was built from scratch, which gave me full creative freedom and helped keep performance smooth across the board.

The bigger job was the course platform itself. Memberstack handles authentication and gating, with Stripe for payments, but everything a student actually experiences is custom built. A course player with a Bunny-hosted video player coded from scratch, lesson navigation, and progress tracking that saves to each member's profile so they pick up exactly where they left off.

New members land in a custom onboarding flow. A full-screen overlay sweeps up over the course, asks a handful of questions, writes the answers to their Memberstack profile, and posts them through to Airtable via Make. It personalises the course from the first lesson and tells us who's actually buying, all before they watch a single video.

Sharing it with the world.

The course is live. Now the mission is getting it to people.

Thomas runs the Meta ads, which is why the sales page is built the way it is: cold traffic, no prior trust, everything resting on the page doing its job. Alongside that, the brand lives on social, and there's a newsletter with a lead magnet in the works.

SEO comes later. Right now it's ads and content, and that's where most of the work is going.

Conclusion

This one is different. This one is personal.

I've always been drawn to building my own things. Not client work, not a partnership. Something of my own, built with one of my best friends.

The course is live and it's early, and the direction is wide open. More courses, tools, maybe a community around it.

For now the goal is simpler: scale it, pump the marketing, and sell it thousands of times over.

FAQ

How long does the entire process take from start to finish?

Each project generally takes about 8 weeks, from discovery to launch, with each phase designed for a smooth, comprehensive development of your brand and website.

If you need additional functionalities—like localization, member login, advanced CMS integrations, or automations—the timeline will be extended accordingly.

How much does a typical project cost?

While I’d love to help everyone, my time (like yours) is limited—so I’ve set a minimum project engagement of €2,000.

At this level, clients get a strong branding foundation: strategy workshops, visual and verbal identity, a fresh new logo, content strategy, offer positioning, and a refresh of their social media profiles.

For full website design and development, projects typically range from €5,000 to €10,000+, depending on scope and complexity.

If you already have a strong brand identity in place and just need a sharp one-pager, we can often make something work around €3,000 - €5,000.

You can book a Clarity Call to discuss your project and explore if we’re a good fit.

Or move forward in smaller steps:
Website Audit €47
1h Consultation €97

How does payment work? Do you offer payment plans?

I typically work with a 50% upfront, 50% on delivery structure, but flexible payment plans are available upon request.

Do you offer ongoing support after the project is complete?

Our joint creation is meant to be shared with the world, and I’m here to help. I offer ongoing support in SEO, content strategy, marketing, and design assets to attract the right attention and continue building on our work—driving real growth for your brand.

Will I be able to update the website myself?

Yes. During onboarding, I offer a 1-on-1 training session to show you how to manage and update content confidently. Webflow’s CMS is designed to be user-friendly, making updates easy.

Can I make design revisions during the process?

Absolutely. I believe in close collaboration and welcome your input every step of the way. With regular check-ins, video updates, and a dedicated digital workspace, you'll always be in the loop. I'm here to ensure every detail aligns with your unique vision, making design revisions a natural and integral part of our process.

Is Webflow the right platform for my business?

After testing nearly every platform in the industry, I’ve found Webflow to be the #1 choice for building high-quality, scalable websites that are easy to manage. Its advanced design capabilities allow us to create a custom, professional site that grows with your business and enables effortless updates.

How will this investment help my business grow?

This investment creates a professional, high-impact online presence that attracts quality clients and supports your business goals. My approach enhances brand perception, engagement, and conversions, laying a strong foundation for long-term growth.
